2A班榮獲英詩集誦–季軍

The excitement was contagious as class 2A set out to take part in the Choral Speaking section of the 67th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival. They performed the poem Hard Cheese by Justin St John, earning the title of second runner-up with 82 marks. Only 2 marks more and we’d have been champions! The adjudicator, Miss Margaret Tomlinson, praised the stage grouping as “attractive”, and said she was pleased that the group had been “able to use quieter-gentler voices”. She also noted that the “solo lines were well spoken”, while commending their “team effort”. Their teamwork coupled with intensive training as well as guidance from their English teachers truly paid off. Congratulations to class 2A!返回
