Halloween 2022
Halloween Activities 2022-23
This year was especially exciting because we opened CPC to allow parents and students to engage in a variety of fun activities.
For example, our school held an “Evil Draw”, where players could stick their hand inside a bag and grab a squishy, slimy or scary prize! Afterwards, the players would let the teacher know what they picked and how it felt!
Not only that, we created a “Halloween Closet” for guests to take pictures with zombies! This allowed anyone to dress up in scary costumes, and paint their hands or face! Guests were welcome to visit the clothes rack and pick out costumes to wear for picture-taking.
Also, there was a noisy and somewhat surprising game called “Balloon Bomb” where participants could throw a spider onto a scary board full of words printed on balloons. To win the game, participants simply had to read out the spooky words on the balloons.
Another wild and crazy game was “Dancing Mania” which featured nets full of ping pong balls. Participants had to tie the nets around their waist and dance wildly to get the balls out of their net. Student helpers would count the balls being thrown out and pick them up. While dancing, they had to read a trick-or-treat poem. A prize was given to whoever got the most balls out of their net, and whoever danced the “wildest”!
Last but not least was the “Halloween TV Games” whereby participants could watch a video about Halloween culture. English teachers would ask questions about the video and the best answers received prizes!
Thanks to everyone for taking part. We hope you all had an extra spooky Halloween this year.
