A charity sale event was organized by CPC’s Form 2 students. The event
took place at the school hall on 25th February 2016. Students were involved in collecting
the donations from teachers and families and then selling the second-hand items to students, teachers.
The second-hand items included stationary,
stuffed dolls, celebrities’ posters and
many more products. The money raised was donated to ORBIS. ORBIS
plays a variety of roles internationally such as supporting blind people,
saving sights and treatments, etc.
Overall, it was a successful event where the students learned a
variety of skills such as communication in
English,
asking for donation, selling and bargaining.
